I started off early Wednesday morning, heading to Copenhagen Airport where I was going to catch the first flight. I checked in two luggages weighing 31 kg each and managed to get through the security control with two hand baggages weighing 6 kg each, adding up to a total of 74 kg. In other words, I have brought my own weight in baggage!
After an intermediate landing in Zurich, I arrived to Malaga Airport where I picked up a rental car. I was supposed to get a Citroen C4 but after a nice conversation with the Spanish rental guy (who is moving to Sweden next week!) I got upgraded to a brand new Peugeot 308 with only 7 km on the meter. Although, that number will experience a huge change in the near future since I’m about to drive more than 2 000 km!
The drive to the surf camp in Andalucia offered beautiful landscapes, especially around Gibraltar, so I took the opportunity to make a few stops now and then.
When I arrived to the village of Conil de la Frontera it seemed like a calm and quiet community, but in the evening all the places really come to life. An update of my first time here will follow soon. Stay tuned.
